With decades of hands-on experience, Sheri brings wisdom, patience, and a calm confidence to every training session.
As the owner of 12-year-old Bryn — a food-reactive Border Collie 🐕🦺— Sheri truly understands the challenges of working with reactive dogs.
Although born in the USA, Sheri has been Australian for the last 40 years, she’s become a trusted guide for both pups and people on their training journeys. 🌟

Tayla brings energy, heart and a whole lot of personality to the Lead Well team. As Sylvia's daughter, she grew up immersed in dog training and now brings that legacy to life in her own style. She's a proud mum to baby Etta 👶 and dog mum to Biscuit 🐶 (also known as Bunny...and a dozen other nicknames). Whether she is training pups or chatting with clients, Tayla makes every session unforgettable.
